A RISK ANALYSIS IN ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING IMPLEMENTATION: AN ERP IMPLEMENTOR’S PERSPECTIVE

During the ERP system design process, various risks have potential to disrupt and hinder implementation project. This paper presents stages of risk analysis using HoR (House Risk) approach. The author uses project manager as an expert in field implementation. has prioritized three causes with proposed mitigation actions. for implementor perspective are (1) learning independently a action against lack understanding concepts practices, (2) conducting briefings team not being sure return client, (3) reorganizing documentation unclear documentation.
